The <scp>PINCER</scp> initiative: reducing medication errors in primary care

Abstract
PINCER is a pharmacist‐led IT‐based intervention developed by researchers at the University of Nottingham to reduce clinically important medication errors in primary care. This article discusses how and why PINCER was developed and what the initiative has achieved so far.
