Abstract
In recent years, the global automotive landscape has witnessed a paradigm shift with an increasing emphasis on sustainability and the reduction of carbon emissions. One of the most promising solutions to address environmental concerns is the widespread adoption of electric vehicles (EVs). The shift to electric transportation in India is accelerating due to governmental initiatives, rising environmental consciousness, and technological developments. As India endeavours to establish itself as a leader in the worldwide movement towards environmentally conscious transportation, it is vital to comprehend the variables impacting customers' perspectives on the uptake of electric cars. This study is an effort to analyse the factors of adoption of electric vehicles by consumers of Delhi and NCR.
