Abstract
The oxophilic M 1 –Ru n catalysts facilely overcome the inherent scaling relationship in the alkaline hydrogen evolution reaction (HER) over traditional nanoelectrocatalysts, opening up a new opportunity to achieve maximized alkaline HER performance.
