Abstract

A submicron narrow-band red phosphors SGO: x Bi 3+ , y Mn 4+ were prepared. The performance of the samples was characterized and the W-LED were encapsulated and prepared. The effect of Bi 3+ on the luminescence performance was systematically investing.
