Abstract
Abstract A method for the copper‐catalyzed cross‐coupling of alkyl bromides with a range of (DMPU) 2 Zn(R f ) 2 reagents has been developed. This protocol tolerates multiple functional groups and provides broad access to aliphatic perfluoroalkylated compounds. The applicability of this procedure is demonstrated in the late‐stage functionalization of drug analogues.
