Abstract
Microstructural asymmetry observed in postmortem diffusion tensor imaging analysis along the perivascular space (ALPS) varied with amyloid β pathologic abnormality and age, and after the minimization of microstructural bias with a corrected ALPS index in vivo, ALPS indexes correlated less with Alzheimer disease markers.
