Abstract

The Te/ReS 2 vdWH devices exhibit superior photoresponse performance, with excellent specific detectivity, high responsivity, and fast photoresponse speed. Besides, these devices exhibit photovoltaic effect and can be employed as a self-powered photodetector (SPPDs).
