Abstract
. We also observe that in aqueous reline systems, the BSA-water hydrogen bonds are mostly compensated by BSA-urea hydrogen bonds. The aqueous re-equilibration of these partially denatured protein conformations showed a significant recovery of secondary and tertiary structures, where the recovery is most profound for the BSA conformation extracted from pure reline.
