As customers become increasingly involved in the manufacturing process of their products, the manufacturing pattern of many industries is leaning towards customization and personalization, with customized furniture enterprises being one of them. Facing such a complex production environment, an excellent set of production management systems is a powerful weapon to ensure the orderly execution of production. In this paper, the architecture of the production management system, the specific functions undertaken by the different systems, the integration between the production systems and the data communication of the production systems, combined with the actual production, are analyzed with a comprehensive and multi-dimensional way, intending to provide positive reference values for furniture companies or other customized production companies.
