Abstract
B-ALL tumors, implying that nuclear Pax5-Jak2 phosphorylates STAT5. Together, these data reveal Pax5-Jak2 as an important nuclear driver of leukemogenesis by maintaining phosphorylated STAT5 levels in the nucleus.
