Abstract
Patients with chronic kidney disease (CKD) exhibit increased blood pressure reactivity during exercise that is associated with endothelial dysfunction. Twelve weeks of structured, aerobic, exercise training improves endothelial function and attenuates peak blood pressure responses during exercise in CKD stages III-IV.
