Abstract

CeO 2 /NiCoOOH was fabricated by self-reconstruction of NiCoCe-MOF. CeO 2 acts as an ‘electron trap’, refining the electronic configuration of NiCoOOH, expediting the electron transfer kinetics and improving the electrocatalytic performance.
