Abstract
A number of strategies, such as BCL-X L -targeting ADCs and BCL-X L PROATCs, have been developed to circumvent the on-target thrombocytopenia associated with BCL-X L inhibition. Similar strategies could also be employed to reduce the potential on-target cardiac toxicity associated with MCL-1 inhibition. "
