Abstract
This paper presents a quantum Monte Carlo calculation of the nuclear-matter equation of state using realistic nuclear interactions with controlled theoretical uncertainties. The results are consistent with both experiments in atomic nuclei and recent constraints on the neutron-star equation of state extracted from gravitational-wave signals by the LIGO-Virgo collaboration.
