Abstract
Satcom (Satellite Communication) techniques and their requirements have been developing tremendously for the last two decades. Almost all communications rely on Satellite communication technology. Integrating 5G with Satcom, enabling NR (New Radio) technique playing an important role to pave the way, and facilitating the growth towards the future Tele Communications methods. There are various advancements and new trends are available in Satcom especially Low Earth Orbit constellations which would reduce the latency considerably compared to Geosynchronous Orbit Satellite which is playing important and an inevitable role for Modern Tele communications and technology moving towards Interconnection of Everything(IoE). Here we are focused on Optical wireless communication for different satellites networks, Inter Satellite links (ISL), Ground to satellite links as well. Space Laser communication allows enhanced anti-interference because of its narrow beam property. This paper presents the advancements, future directions of research scope and challenges on Satellite communication and its related networks establishments, design challenges and subsequent effects in brief.
