Abstract
Na 3 ZnGaS 4 is a new class of Na + -conducting solid electrolytes. Herein, vacancies are introduced into Na(2) sites by adjusting the Zn/Ga ratio. The conductivity of vacancy-incorporated Na 2.8 Zn 0.8 Ga 1.2 S 4 is increased by more than two orders of magnitude.
