Abstract
A direct Z-scheme CdS-NiPc heterojunction was successfully synthesized by a one-step hydrothermal method. The optimal photocatalytic H 2 production rate could reach 17.74 mmol h −1 g −1 , which was 19.1 times higher than that of the pure CdS sample.
