3D model of bursting activity generation

Abstract
From the standpoint of neurodynamics, the gener-ation of bursts in populations of neurons has been studied in depth, but the extrasynaptic mechanisms of generation remain practically unstudied. We propose a computationally efficient tripartite synapse model that demonstrates the formation of burst dynamics of a neural network.
