Abstract
In this paper we present the design of a complex twodimensional cylindrical surface structure for use within a 0.14 THz radiation source.This frequency range is relevant for several applications, including communications.The precise dimensions and parameters must be carefully chosen to optimize radiation output at 0.14 THz.
