Abstract
Numerous major advances have been made in the past year regarding chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T‐cell therapy in neuro‐oncology. Disialoganglioside GD2 CAR T cells, bivalent CAR T cells, and CARv3–engineered T cells expressing a T‐cell–engaging antibody molecule all show promise for diffuse midline glioma and glioblastoma.
