HUBUNGAN BEBAN KERJA DENGAN STRES KERJA PERAWAT DI RSI NASHRUL UMMAH LAMONGAN

Abstract

<em>The condition and workload in the emergency department (IGD) need to be known in order to determine the quality and strength of the power required in the ER space so that no workload is not appropriate that eventually lead to work stress. If the number of tasks is not proportional to the ability of both physical and expertise and time available then it will be a source of stress. This study aims to analyze the relationship between workload with work stress on nurses IGD and ICU RSI Nashrul Ummah Lamongan. This research design use cross sectional approach. The hypothesis proposed is that there is a relation between the workload and the work stress of the implementing nurses in the ER and the RSI Nashrul Ummah ICU. The independent variable is the workload, while the dependent variable is job stress. The population of this study were 20 nurses, with a sample of 19 people. Data analysis using Spearman correlation test. The result of the research shows that the workload of nurses mostly is moderate that is 11 respondents. Nursing work stress is mostly medium stress as much as 6 respondents (54,5%). There is a relation between work load and work stress of nurses at IGD RSI nashrul Ummah</em>
