Abstract

). The structured OPL significantly promoted fish growth and improved nutritional composition due to its higher bioavailability relative to tripalmitate (PPP). Moreover, OPL significantly improved the growth, cholesterol metabolism, and intestinal health than the mixed oil (MO), which was attributed to the higher palmitic acid content in the sn-2 position. Overall, the structure of triacylglycerols and its distribution of fatty acids affected early growth and intestinal health, and OPL was more effective in the improvement of juvenile growth and intestinal health.
