Abstract
In design problems for new vehicles and modernization of existing ones mathematical models are required. Such models must represent the main features of the automobile as a manipulation object and allow to predict the reaction and behavior of the car to the impact both of the external environment and driver. Deep theoretical research is important for the adjustment of the vehicle design at all stages of modelling and construction and implementation of necessary changes in technical decisions previously taken. During creation of an imitational mathematical model of movement of the vehicle the most important problem is to credibly describe the physics of interaction between pneumatic tire and bearing surface in order to determine the forces acting in the contact spot. Initial parameters for the calculations of a single wheel are: the coefficients of relative slippage, the coefficients of adhesion and the angle of withdrawal.
