<scp>Polymer‐based</scp> neuromorphic devices: resistive switches and organic electrochemical transistors
S. Yamamoto
Abstract
This article summarizes the recent developments in organic neuromorphic devices, mainly resistive switches (memristors) and organic electrochemical transistors. The materials for the active layers and device architectures are summarized to highlight particular aspects of organic devices, including flexibility, biocompatibility and facile fabrication processes. © 2023 Society of Industrial Chemistry.
