Abstract

A non-centrosymmetric metal-free thiophosphate, γ-P 4 S 3 I 2 , was successfully designed and synthesized by polymorphism strategy, and featured paralleled (P 4 S 3 I 2 ) n molecular clusters and exhibited promising nonlinear optical (NLO) performances.
