Abstract

The adsorption mechanisms of Zn 2+ on carp biochars mainly include precipitation with minerals, exchange with cations, and complexation with OFGs. The pyrolysis temperature of carp biochars has a significant effect on the mechanisms of Zn 2+ adsorption.
