Abstract

VIDEO S1 Saccadic bradykinesia in patient 1. Infrared binocular videonystagmography during self-guided (voluntary) horizontal saccades. Note the reduced saccadic amplitude, with increasing hypometria, and reduced saccadic velocity over time. VNG traces and videos showed that repetitive reflexive saccades toward visual targets were normal, but voluntary repetitive horizontal saccadic eye movements decreased in velocity and amplitude, worse for leftward-directed saccades, coincident with the most affected limb in this patient Please note: The publisher is not responsible for the content or functionality of any supporting information supplied by the authors.
