Organic iodides in efficient and stable perovskite solar cells: strong surface passivation and interaction

Abstract
Passivation of organic iodides without annealing induces the formation of iodine interstitial (I i ) defects. The cations of organic iodides with appropriate structures can suppress I i migration, leading to a device efficiency of 24.20% and enhanced operational stability.
