Evolution of the COVID-19 pandemic over six weeks in four French-speaking countries in West Africa

Abstract
Over the first six weeks of COVID-19, the incidence of the disease increased rapidly in Guinea which performed more screening tests than the other three countries; Mali and Burkina Faso had higher positivity and case fatality rates, respectively.
