THE CONCEPT OF "LABOR PROTECTION": NEW APPROACHES TO THE CONSTRUCTION OF DEFINITIONS USING THE METHOD OF TWO-LEVEL TRIADIC CATEGORY DECODING

Abstract
The purpose of the study is to develop a scientifically based concept of "labor protection" using one of the methods of categoricalsystem methodology. The object of the study is labor protection. The subject of the research is the essence, essence, nature and meaning of the category "labor protection". To form the author's concept, the methods of categorical-system methodology were used: content analysis and synthesis of scientific literature, the method of two-level triadic decoding of the basic concept. The scientific novelty of the study consists in the need to obtain new knowledge in the field of labor protection to develop theoretical provisions by constructing a new definition of "labor protection", which, unlike those available in the literature, allows the most complete interpretation of this concept, covering its main qualitative characteristics. Research results: in the process of deciphering the category "labor protection" the essential qualities in the object "labor protection" are revealed, which together make up its essence, nature and meaning, and a detailed definition of the category "labor protection" is given. The author concludes that the results of the study can be used in scientific activities in order to develop a conceptual apparatus in the field of labor protection, allow determining further directions for studying the nature and characteristics of labor protection, as well as to identify the current state of the labor protection system to develop a set of measures for its improvement.
