Optically-pure triptycene-based metallomacrocycles and homochiral self-sorting assisted by ladder formation

Abstract
-platinum(II) complex. A pair of enantiomeric homochiral metallomacrocycles is also produced by the coordination-driven homochiral self-sorting of the corresponding racemic ligands, which relies on the shape-persistent nature of the ladder-structured ligands.
