Abstract
A novel approach combining TOO and CFE for new NIR phosphors development was proposed. Under the guidance of this strategy, LaGa 0.5 Sb 1.5 O 6 :Cr 3+ with wavelengths longer than 850 nm and balanced performance was discovered.
