Abstract
To obtain highly sensitive and selective nanozymes, the ternary NiMo6/ZIF-67/C3N4 (n) nanocomposites were successfully fabricated in this work, namely, Anderson-type polyoxometalate (NH4)4[H6Ni(II)Mo6O24] (NiMo6) was encapsulated into the customized cavities of ZIF-67 and then was fixed on graphitic carbon nitride (g-C3N4). By employing the detection of H2O2 and ascorbic acid (AA) as a model reaction, ternary NiMo6/ZIF-67/C3N4 (n) nanocomposites exhibit excellent peroxidase-like activities, attributed to the synergistic effect of NiMo6, ZIF-67, and g-C3N4, in which NiMo6/ZIF-67/C3N4 (2) exhibits a lower detection limit of 0.02 μM for H2O2 and 0.019 μM for AA. Moreover, the NiMo6/ZIF-67/C3N4 (2) was also successfully designed into colorimetric test paper, enabling rapid detection of AA in human serum samples.
