Abstract
In this contribution, MOF-derived ZnO/Co 3 O 4 composites were fabricated and applied to realize harmonic mode-locking operation in an Er-doped fiber laser, producing the highest repetition rate of 1.46 GHz and a pulse duration of ∼1.5 ps.
