Abstract
The authors compute three-loop QCD corrections to the total decay rate of the process $B\ensuremath{\rightarrow}{X}_{c}\phantom{\rule{0}{0ex}}\ensuremath{\ell}\phantom{\rule{0}{0ex}}\overline{\ensuremath{\nu}}$ including finite charm quark mass effects. At this order, the renormalization scale uncertainty is reduced to well below the 1% level.
