Synthesis of MnO<sub>2</sub> sub-microspheres with effective oxidase-mimicking nanozymes for the colorimetric assay of ascorbic acid in orange fruits and juice

Abstract
An efficient colorimetric platform for the sensitive determination of ascorbic acid was developed based on an oxidase-mimicking nanozyme of MnO 2 sub-microspheres, with a linear detection range of 1.0–100 μM and a limit of detection of 0.33 μM.
