Abstract

Appropriately designed Bi<sub>2</sub>Te<sub>3</sub>–Cu<sub>2−x</sub>Te nanocomposites allow an improvement of over 50% of the thermoelectric figure of merit of Bi<sub>2</sub>Te<sub>3</sub>.
