Abstract

: Our findings highlight a FA metabolism-dependent mechanism of FABP5-induced LNM. Moreover, the expression and biological function of FABP5 can be regulated by miR-144-3p in hypoxia. Our study identifies FABP5 as a potential diagnostic biomarker and therapeutic target for LNM in CCa.
