Abstract

This technical note provides the formal observational test plan and pre-registration for the Tau/Tav compact topological scale (τ ≈ 7 h−1 Mpc). Derived from a 5D Kaluza-Klein framework, the model predicts specific, detectable residuals in the power spectraof upcoming cosmological surveys. The document establishes a rigorous Falsification Clause anchored to the integrated 2026–2027 data cycle, utilizing combined likelihoods from the Euclid mission, Rubin LSST, and Pulsar Timing Array (PTA) observations[cite: 13, 14].
