Real Time Automatic Vehicle Monitoring System Using IoT

Abstract
Nowadays, vehicle monitoring, tracking and location identification is very important to know safety of the passengers who is travelling on the vehicle. Organizations/ Institutions also prefer to know the safe and comfortable travel of their employees. The project aims in heightening the efficiency in managing the buses by building an android app, for this RFID is used to tracking the vehicle location on organization level, which also helps to track the number of passengers, passenger identity and driver identity on the real time basis. Node MCU ESP8266 can store the real time data in the cloud so that he authorized person can check the status of the vehicle. This application also helps to track the location of the bus from a locked location. The distance along with the speed of the vehicle can be identified using the GPS technology.
