Abstract
Embedding Nano-Piezoelectrics In article number 2302717, Song Bai and co-workers propose an innovative strategy for better coupling of piezocatalysis and photocatalysis by embedding nano-piezoelectrics into the heterointerfaces of S-scheme heterojunction photocatalysts. The embedded piezoelectrics intensify the S-scheme recombination of weak carriers and accelerate the separation of powerful ones, boosting the overall CO2 reduction and H2O oxidation under combined ultrasound and light illumination.
