Abstract
This literature review systematically examines contemporary research that investigates the complex relationship between artificial intelligence (AI), business, and law. The authors employ the PRISMA methodology to systematically examine and combine ideas obtained from 25 meticulously chosen publications retrieved from the Web of Science database. The chapter covers a wide range of subjects, including legal certainty, governance problems, financial prediction, contract formalization, cybersecurity, and the revolutionary effect of AI on professional services. By conducting a thorough analysis of these works, the evaluation highlights and clarifies important recurring topics, difficulties, and possibilities within the rapidly changing field of AI applications. The synthesis of knowledge obtained from this extensive investigation greatly enhances the understanding of the complex connection between AI, modern business practices, and the delicate legal implications that come with this technological advancement.
