Abstract

An Ir single atom catalyst supported by oxygen vacancy-modulated CoNiO 2 is constructed (Ir SA -V O -CoNiO 2 ), in which the oxygen vacancy coupling with Ir atoms in CoNiO 2 facilitates the participation of lattice oxygens in OER.
