Abstract

The mixed-anion compounds Sn 2 SbS 2− x Se x I 3 ( x = 0, 0.2, 0.5) and Sn 2 BiS 2 I 3 were synthesized and ultralow thermal conductiviy was found for the mixed-anion solid solution.
