The effects of buffer, pH, and temperature upon SPAAC reaction rates

Abstract
Effect of buffer type, pH, and temperature on SPAAC kinetics was evaluated using spectrophotometry with model azides and sulfo DBCO-amine. Optimal reaction rates were seen in HEPES and DMEM, with trends corroborated by DBCO-antibody studies.
