Abstract
Made from hexagon linkers and Mn( ii ) the MOF CTH-18 shows high uptake of the 22 000-times-stronger-than-CO 2 greenhouse gas SF 6 at 0.1 bar, a pressure practically relevant for industrial SF 6 sorbents, combined with relatively fast kinetics.
