Abstract
Scaling Industrial Green Polyurethanes and Recycling for Sustainable Manufacturing. Polyurethanes have improved the modern quality of life through a variety of applications, like insulating foams, shoe inserts, and protective coatings for medical devices. This work presents sustainable routes to synthesize polyols and isocyanates from sustainable resources. It also provides valuable insight into the industrialization of recycling processes and the preparation of green polyurethanes for industry. Researchers working with polymers and in chemical engineering will find this work useful.
