Abstract
gauging the hydrophobic entity and the dendrimer generation, branching unit, terminal group and charge to allow high antibacterial potency and selectivity while minimizing toxicity. Finally, we present the future challenges and perspectives for amphiphilic dendrimers as antibacterial candidates for combating AMR.
