Abstract

Bacterial Cell Wall-Mediated Combination Therapy In article number 2505310 by Xiaoying Yang, Yinsong Wang, Yang Liu, and co-workers, DOX-loaded bacterial cell walls (DOX@CWV) with intrinsic peroxidase-mimicking and sonodynamic (SDT) activity are reported. DOX@CWV integrates SDT, chemotherapy, and bacterial immunotherapy to effectively inhibit tumor growth and metastasis, underscoring its potential for advanced cancer treatment.
