Abstract
Technological innovation and breakthroughs in Android and IoS operating systems have made our daily life to be centered on the smart phones. The measure of success of mobile technologies and its applications is based on its ability to meet the needs of individuals within an entire population including visually impaired people. The creative innovation in current Mobile Technology allows Mobile Apps to be efficiently distributed and run on Mobile devices.
